The buyer(s) do not have to take the Class B General Contractor exam which is a 4 to 6 year process. The ownership of the company allows for the buyer to be a general contractor through this corporation so long as there are no customer complaint issues for 5 years. The general contractor is willing to remain on the corporate board until the license transfer is complete but does not take responsibility for any customer complaints if they arise during those 5 years. There are currently no complaints or issues with this company. Website, email, contacts, marketing site profiles, banking and contract workers are available with the purchase.
